As I understand it, as a main dish. A bunch of kids went squirrel hunting one year when I was working third shift at a gas station. They parked out at the end of our parking lot and started grilling them on a small bbq grill...bought me out of ketchup and mustard, paper plates, etc...didn't partake myself...got fired for letting them do it.

Depends how you want it done. Shish-ka-Squirrel would be on the appy menu. Squirrel stir-fry would be a main dish.

appetizer- a lite SMALL salad with a lemon bazil vinagerette. considerable dish- classic cezear with crutons, parmasean cheese dressing and poultry. area dish- potato salad desolate tract- fruit salad with whip cream and crumbled cookies on innovations-blowing!
