This might sound a bit strange, but the latest research says letting forests burn regularly is the best way to protect them. Preventing forest fires allows far too many trees to grow, creating a forest that is too dense, and then when a fire does eventually get loose, it burns the entire forest down instead of just burning the stuff on the forest floor.
Logging companies want to prevent fires and grow as many trees as possible, but these are not healthy forests. By
By selectively cutting down trees, and burning away the underbrush, the end result will be a healthier forest.

Well if the tree cutters would use some helpful methods such as strip cutting or some other methods that environmentalists have come up with, that would help. For us though, we could try not to waste paper towels paper and anything that is made out of wood. Also recycling wood-made things that are recylable would also help!

Replant trees whereever possible. Recycle paper and paper products, purchase items on recyled paper. Use another form of heat to wood.
