well that depends on who wants it and how much they are willing to pay for it as you know computers are out of date before you buy it
you can get a brand new one with windows XP monitor speakers printer for 350.00.. so you have to price it to sell for around $175 you can always come down in price,

if your going to upgrade then it would be cheaper for you to keep the tower and slip in another m/board, processor and memory and keep the the rest, by the way if you are upgrading keep to the MSI motherboard they are the best by far

just sell the m/board, processor and memory for around $100.00

Well, not much. Its not worth selling. But, its better than letting it rot'. You desperately need a new PC.
