Does anyone know if there is anyway to take screen shots of films while there playing?

all i wana do is get some good pictures from like one of my films i have and pop them on my site and i was wondering if your aloud to do this or if your not can you still do it easilly?.

u need the software u can find it at downloads.com just type screen shots or something relevant

press function + print screen

(Fn key) + (Ins key)
