Sorry but it's gotta be constantly eating a new gum I guess.
Although listerine helps I mean you can carry the mouth wash in your purse and the strips for extra support. And if your purse is big enough you can even have the toothbrush handy. It also depends a lot on what you eat did you know that? So try to stay away from the garlic and etnic foods, even alcohol can cause it.

You need to define the extend of your halitosis.. is it unpleasant? or offensive? ore just your imagination...
What kind of odor is yours? Smells like ammonia) then have a kidney check. Like fruits? (Yes.. this is the one related to diabetes), like sh*t? Do not laugh.. it could mean some bowel onbstruction.
Be sure to comment this to you dentist or doctor. Cavities, smoking and many drugs (including insulin, anesthetics and Paraldehide) generate odors...
Dont just hide the odors..STOP it causes... is smarter!

In addition to the brushing, flossing, etc, try to stay well hydrated. Halitosis (i.e. bad breath) can be caused by dry mouth, among other things, so people who don't drink enough liquids often have stinky breath.

First, I use a whitening mouthwash. Then I use Arm&Hammer Toothpaste. Make sure you brush for at least a minute and brush your tongue, too. The tongue is usually what causes bad breath.
