call centers need lots of employees.
from janitors to a CEO. accountants,
supervisors, and in my case people to
maintain the computers and equipment.
like IT people etc. depends on what job
you want in a call center. there are trainers
and human resource folks. not just the
phone answerers. and it depends on what
kind of call center. if you are doing some kinds
of call centers, you need lots of technical background.
liek if youare 2nd level technical support.
depends on the content of the call center if
you are an answerer. and there are usually many
"layers" of answerers.

I think it would be more rewarding to teach people to own their own businesses.

But - they can't teach what they don't know...so they teach people how to be in the highest tax bracket...as an Employee.
