Is a lifetime warranty worth the paper on which it is printed?

Who's to say that the company will be around that long?

Hehe...No kidding. If it is a great product, I might buy a second. Like those Black and Decker Pivots. Those are awesome to have around the house...and I have two of them. For $20...who cares what warranty they have. : )

Good point, FP...I've got a savings bond kind of like that, from a bank that doesn't exist anymore. Granted, I'd probably only get $30 from the thing, but it sure is funny that I can't cash it out :)
