I have found several legitimate work at home sites so far, and one of them made me $494+ in October, $700+ in November, and $838.57 in December. They are free to join.
Please click my screen name or avatar for more information and a link for proof of payment and lots of specific details.
I made some nice money at first, but once I found out these sites were legitimate, I started adding referrals and the money got a lot better. For every person you refer, you get 20% of what they earn on 2 of these sites. And for every person that one of your referrals refer, you get 10% on one site and 5% on the other. In time--this could be a great source of income--making money while other people are in a sense, working for you.
If you get 5 referrals who earn $20 a month, that is an extra $20 in your pocket. If you get 100 referrals earning $20 a month, that is an extra $400 you'll earn every month!!!
And by the way--never join a work at home program that wants you to pay up front. If they were making that much money, they wouldn't need to charge you.
Note: There are a lot of other sites listed too as well as the payout for each.

You're right - there are a lot of scams out there. So steer clear.
Nothing comes easy - find what you like put your stamp on it and make it work for you. I opted for Real Estate but also add weight to my pocket with side gigs such as web design, consulting work, and public speaking.
Medical coding and processing is also a definite way to start your own business. And the money is good as well.
Just keep in mind - what's better than the money is being your own boss and working hard for YOURself and something YOU enjoy.

My wife has a work at home career that she loves. I was skeptical at first, but she is doing great, so great infact that I quit my job so that I can help her. We even get benefits for our whole family. She looked at alot of scams before finding this one. This company is a better business bureau member. Checking that is a good way to spot the scams. I will be happy to share more details if you would like, or she can

That is why it's better to deal with a good product. I've been through several programs years ago and gave up until a few months ago when I came across an international company with environmentally safe products. I build a business by refering others to the company. This will last me a lifetime. And YES, I'm recommending it to everyone I come across, even internationally!

business owners. my mom owns and manages a bowling alley. she is her own boss. my dad had an office supply store. in those cases the customers are your only boss. you can have your own business. i think all the schemes are immoral. skills and hard work are normally required to really make money. for yourself or anyone else.
