Catholic School Students, I need your help!?

Question

How is catholicism put into our education? Thanx alot.

Hopefully, your faith is lived in your classrooms: honesty in math, integrity in history, speaking clearly and precisely in English class, about faith, church history and sacraments in religion class.

Catholicism should be reflected in everything you do in every class.

Go back and read the Beatitudes, the 10 Commandments, stretch your mind a little. Christianity is to be lived everywhere all the time classroom included.

My school is a Catholic school, but 30% of the students (I'm one of these) are not Catholic. My school is focused on academics, but since it was started by a bishop, it also believes that classes on religion are necessary. How religion plays into my education is through 4 days a week of religion class in Freshman and Sophomore year and the first semester of Junior, 3 days a week in the second semesters of Junior and Senior year, and 2 days in the first semester of Senior year. The first 3 years of religion focus on the Catholic faith, but the Senior class is on Religions of the World. We also have 80 hours of required community service spread out through each year (we can choose where we volunteer), 2 semesters (2nd of Junior year and 1st of Senior year) where we volunteer through the school at different places for one hour a week, Mass every Wednesday, and prayer in the morning. Though I am not Catholic (and I will admit, I find a lot of it to be a drag at times), I have found that Catholic education has been a good experience for me.

they have a seperate time for religion class, prayer, and mass. However in science calss if the teacher says scientists are trying to fina a way to figure out who created the world... well personally i believe God created the world. I think u kno what i mean.One thing u might not like is the uniforms.
