Jimmy Chan has a little shack, next to the catfood factory, where he does nose piercing with his favorite stiletto knife. Be quick, however, and take all your hard-earned cash with you, as his services are in high demand.

i dont know, but i live in gaithersburg and im curious to find out.... maybe the peircing pagoda at lakeforest mall would do it but im not sure about that. i wouldnt bet on it. try looking it up on google
