What are Lyrical and Interpretive dances?

interpretive would be to interpret something
for example a song or music, the body re-expresses
the idea of the lyrics or music...

lyrical is more a style of dance, not necessarily meant
to interpret the music maybe just moving with or to the music
in an integrated, mature way.

ok the first girl that answered did the technical terms... im gunna do the lay person terms.

Lyrical~ very flowly and very slow usually or sometimes even mad they can be really mad with their dances. but mainly just something like jazz slowed down to look prettier.. more like ballet

Interpretive~WIERD!.. this is where they do weird things with their bodies and usually also to weird music... haha
