I play Scrabble everyday for at least 2 hours on Scrabulous - http://www.scrabulous.com - my username is "rustedout" so look me up for a game sometime :)
Although many times I just play Solitaire Scrabble at http://www.scrabulous.com/solitaire_scrabble.php which is also really cool if you want to practice!

You'd like Scrabble Blast! It's a great game for PC or cell phones. I have it on my phone and it's entertaining.

I have become one with scrabble. My wife and her friend use to dominate me all the time. Not to go down easy to my wimmen folk :-) (watching Tombstone awesome movie) I studied the dictionary and played relentlessly. Now, they cherish me and refuse to challenge me.
