What can i do to raise money for a field trip?

In May I'm going on a field trip to Niagara Falls with my Earth Science Class. I want to know ideas to raise some money. I'm already planning on doing a raffle with candy in baskets and a car wash with one of my friends. I probably need to raise $1200 so it will pay for the trip and I will have some extra spending money. I can't get a job so I wanted to get some new ideas. Thanks a bunch!

Wow, Niagara Falls sounds like an exciting trip. Your ideas to raise money so far are very good ones. To add, I suggest bake sales, krispy cream doughnut sale, going around doing odd jobs in the community, send out some sponsor letters to business and such...there are so many. Best of luck and enjoy your trip to the great falls because you will have earned it. I remember how great it feels when I have earned my way onto various trips.

sell some of your old games, do some people's homework for a couple of bucks or here's what i do, buy a 24 pack of popular chips at like kroger or something, than buy a 12 pack of soda and in your free time at gym sell a can for 50 cents and a bag of chips for 50 cents, it really works, by the end of the week, you'll have at least 80 dollors, that's where i get my money from.

Sell chances for a cool prize on ebay. I saw a chick sell $4000 worth of mystery envelopes for a PS3.

She sold evelopes for $2 each. Some envelopes contained $, others- nothing. By having envelopes prenumbered, and you chose the number you wanted, it was apparently on the up and up with ebay.

Ask your activities director if you can have a movie night. sell popcorn and candy and maybe even pizza. This makes a great fundraiser and it will be for the entire class.
