I'm due soon and my husband and I haven't found a name that goes with Shelby. It doesn't matter if Shelby is the first or middle. We would like something different and anything but Lynn or Marie. Help!! Any ideas??

Do you have any interesting family names in your ancestry? For instance, 100+ years ago our family had Russian names like Alexandra, Tatiana, Feona and Irina. Other nice names are Laurel, Lauren, and Georgia. Some of the Scandinavian names in oiur family included Swedish-spelled names Hanna and Tanna (pronounced Tan-uh). I also know a woman whose parents gave her the Scandinavian name Ragny. Sometmes a former family last name works great as a first or middle name... like Pearson or Konrad. One of my nieces is named Randi Leann. Congratulations and hope all goes well with the new baby.
