when i am drinking, how do i know if i am tipsy or acutally drunk?

When one is drunk they stagger or pass out quickly and when tispy you feel a slight light headed. Also when one is drunk their speech is very slurred.

tipsy: you're feeling good but you can still make wise choices
buzz: you're feeling real good, can't think so straight but not to the point where you get sh*t faced
drunk: once youre pukin all over the place and youre falling down everytime you stand up

You'll know you're drunk when you fall off you're chair and you're speech is slurrrrrrrred.
Tipsy when you still have a clear head and you can actually think.
