If you are on your period, it is period pain. You can take advil, naprogesic, panadol, any pain killers. If you are NOT on your period, it is just abdomonal pain or a stomach ache.

It might be a stomach problem or something you ate. I'm not so sure if menstruation (having your period) will cause that...though it could be symptoms of a menarche (first period). Consult your doctor maybe.
I have precocious puberty, which means that I'm starting to become mature at a younger age. (I had my menarch two days before I turned nine). When I had my period, I didn't feel anything. I only knew because my mother had told me before. I only found out that I was having my period because when I went to the bathroom, I had blood in my underwear.
What also might come with a period is other maturation things...like your breasts are becoming more tender and bigger (and they hurt), hair growing in pubic areas (groin area, armpit area), and a bigger sense for liking men.

I hope this helps. :):):):):)

Yes it is possible, discuss this with your mother as you will be needing some sanitary supplies eventually. They may not be regular for a while. And they may not always hurt, so you might have to keep track of when to use your protection.

Do you have a spelling program at your school Mr. 11 yr. old? You could just be holding in a dump. Is there blood in your granny panties? Your period comes OUT WHERE THE PEE DOES.

YOUNG Lady's such as your self and even younger have been starting their periods at your age so it could very well be so try lying on a heating pad and see if that works for you dear, and go to the school nurse and tell her about it, because it could possibly be something MUCH WORSE and "DO IT AS SOON AS POSSIABLE"...........GOD BLESS YOU HONEY...............JACK

You may want to ask your mom or another older female, but if you start bleeding, that is usually what it is. But still, ask a grown up lady just in case.
