Well if this juvenile has stayed out of trouble, maybe they will dismiss any further "time". They could monitor on probation depending on the case, depending on the person. A plea agreement in court is good in the fact that court time is not tied up, a sentence is reached faster and usually a lighter sentence. Some negative effects can be that dangerous people get lighter sentences or that person does not get the full punishment of the law and may reoffend. Also, you have to admit guilt to get a plea.

Pleas save the goverment a ton of money by not having to spend so much time in court. Also if a person agrees and has some say in their punishment they are more likely to abide by the conditions.

Nothing will happen as long as he did not get into anymore trouble. His misdeeds will probably be wiped off his records as soon as he becomes an adult

If he has behaved and has not gotten in any more trouble, he should either be put on probation or released all together
