She accepted me for who I was at the time. Most try to make you something that you're not. She was truly concerned about my well being, and there isn't enough I could say about her.

My favorate teacher was Dr. T, a botonist who encouraged hands on exploration of questions - true inquiry based science that had me thoroughly engrossed, challenged and really pleased with myself at the end of the day. If only today's school system could nurture our school children the same way we would have children so excited about learning we, as educators, would be esteemed and respected.

My fifth grade teacher...she was creative, funny, fair and she had a way of making a kid with low self esteem feel important and special. She saw my potential and tried to help me develop the talents I had. She also took us on more field trips than any other teacher I ever had and introduced us to a world of art and culture we might have never otherwise experienced.

My favorite teacher was the one that was the toughest. It helped in life by teaching me to not taking the easy road and I thank that teacher for that.

Mrs. Benson taught 5Th grade. She told us we were "extraordinary" students and she loved us. She said she wanted us to look the word up and use 5 times before we came back to school the next day. I went to her house and told her she was an "extraordinary" teacher. I think of her every time I use that word!

About my teacher I remeber the fun times we used to have together and she always used to treat her students like her favorite kids. And besides if your teacher does not get along with you, you should try talking with him or her.
Have a nice day hun.

My second grade teacher was my favorite. She was super sweet and was still a kid at heart. She made learning so much fun and rewarded us for being good.
