That's a vitamin issue. Take a good multivitamin daily with iron.

Concealer can be found from 1.99 to 49.99, but it will drastically change the whole tone of your face. I would recommend the stick kind or the kind that is concentrated in a small tube.
Apply in after your foundation and/or powder right under your lower lashes, spread around and be sure to apply it lightly-the shade shoud be 2-3 shades lighter than your own skin.
You will look really good!!!

Keep your eye shadow light and if you do where a smokey or dark eye only do the upper, not the lower. No mascara or dark eyeliner on bottom. And finally a good concealer a shade lighter than your skin, and no Ice or cucumber for you unless you have puffiness.

I use a product from Mary Kay Cosmetics that does wonders for my dark circles. It's called a Facial Highlighting Pen and here's a link to it on the Mary Kay Canada website:

I'm not sure if you're in Canada or somewhere else but if you have a Mary Kay consultant you can find out if they carry it where you are. If you're in the US, the Mary Kay website there is:

Mary Kay age fighting eye cream. Or the MK indulge soothing eye mask.
Both work well and as far as price goes they are very affordable.
MK also has concealor but that make be cakey if you are dry. I like the highlighting pen that goes on after your foundation.
Have fun and good luck

oh I had the same problem believe it or not its your sinuses causing it. its b/c of the mucus in your sinuses DONT TAKE ALLERGY MEDDICE it WILL MAKE THEM WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!! get a sinus flush, you can get them at walgreens or somewhere, and with in a week you'll see them start to shrink down. I suggest flushing them at least 3 times a day (or at least at first.)
