Either or both - depends upon surface characteristics of whatever is blocking the light.

If reflective (metal, or mirror-like) bounces off; otherwise most is absorbed

Both, it is absorbed and also bounces off , depending on the nature of the surface on which the light falls.

The light is either absorbed, or reflected. You should look into Snell's Law of Refraction. It states that the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of impact, or that the light will be defleceted in an equal and opposite manner.

All depends on the color and texture of the object. An object absorbs some light and reflects the rest.
