Wonderwoman..hands down. Come on, she has super-strength and a invisible jet. What does Catwoman have? A leather whip and martial arts training. Besides that, wonderwoman had a successful TV series, and catwoman had a terribly awful movie.

Depends. Which Catwoman? Selina Kyle, not being so much as a metahuman, would lose to Wonder Woman instantly, whereas Patience Phillips (Halle Berry's Catwoman, who I detest beyond all reason) who IS a metahuman might have a shot.
But I'd say the odds favor Wonder Woman.

Nearly every version of Wonder Woman has super strength, almost as great as Superman’s.
Nearly every version of Catwoman has no inherent super powers.
Sorry. Much as I like her, Catwoman loses.
