All or at least most of my life especially around new people Ive always constantly worried about what people think of me and how they view me. I was always quit in school and never socialized like i should have. I'm now 18 and don't like to go out much because of this its almost taking over my life. How do i create an i dont care attitude?

I once thought about trying to do that very thing, so that it wouldn't get to me when people make fun of me or say rude things to me. I think it's great that you care. If you didn't to some extent that would be arrogant and bring on a whole new world of problems. I think maybe you aren't socializing because you are uncomfortable in the environment. Find a class, whether art or yoga or something you have interest in. You won't be the first new person and if you are someone will surely welcome you. If you like who you are it will show and everyone will like you too. good luck

Create the I don't care attitude even if it's fake, eventually everyone around you will believe it. Even yourself.

but just play the part
it is not that you really care or really don't care
but you play it like one of those is REALLY true!
