I listened to the game on the radio, and thought LIVERPOOL were awesome against chelsea. Dirk Kuyt`s Goal in 4 minutes really hurt them, and then Jermaine Pennant scoring another Goal in the 18th minute really sealed it. If I remember the game right, chelsea only gave Jose Reina one shot on Liverpool's Goal to save and that was from ashley cole. But the Score could have been more for Liverpool if John Arne Riise Great Efforts had gone in, BUT, LIVERPOOL won and that`s what counts. Well Done Lads YOU DID US PROUD. Sorry can I just add something I forgot, The funniest thing I have seen for a long time, when drogba kicked the Football to ballack and he was not taking any notice of him.

How many more times this season are Liverpool fans going to change their minds on how things are at their club? At the start of the season we hear -
Everything is great, we won the FA Cup, we're going to win the league.
Then, "this rotation system that Rafa is playing don't work, we want it changed."
Followed by, "We've bought some great new players, we can go a long way this year."
Then it's back down to earth with, "he can't keep playing Gerrard on the right, sack Benitez!
Back up again, "there is a takeover, we will rule the world".
Oh dear, Arsenal come to town twice and win both, one of these with their youth squad and, they score six. Here we go again, "Sack Benitez".
Then today at home, they beat the twice champions. "Flags are waving, the sun shines, the Kop sings and Benitez is king for the day again." It gets overlooked that Chelsea had been hit hard by injuries and did not have any fit centre halves.
I wish that they would make their minds up?

Watched the game expecting the scousers ( is that racist?) to get thrashed and was pleasantly surprised when they won. Is there a team with less class than Chelsea now that Abromovitch has lost interest and why did it take Sky 10 mins to show the replay of riise's 45 yarder off of the crossbar

No too busy going to the pub, watching the sky sports news and then walking in the rain to a real football match

I watched the thinking that it was long overdue to beat chelski . It was only when I watched the highlights and didn't see any chelskie attempts I knew that they where well and truly beaten. It was fantatsic to actually see the look on their their faces at the end looking around Anfield. One of the first times mourinho has acually looked scared.
Come on you REDS!!!

Well I have to in Chelsea's defence that they have got free kicks down to perfection. Name me another team that can nutmeg a player by just gently tapping the ball. Ballack was bollocks there!

Liverpool were very good today.Chelsea without John Terry are mediocre.Dirk Kuyt played well and should be playing every week.Pennant's goal reminded me of one of Gerrards screamers. All in all a good polished display from the Reds.Well done!
