I'm feeling cramps, alot of clear discharge, tender breast, bloated, back ache due on the 23rd.

I forgot to include tired and sleepy all day and headaches, sometimes nausea

Bad mood, depression, anger, back ache, eating alot of chocolates and salty food.

Clear symptoms or it may because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Why don't you try some time tested home remedies? I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
