Theme is "the central or dominating idea in a literary work" (Holman, 1972: 528). It is the subject of a piece of writing, such as love, hate, war, etc.
Style: "The arrangement of words in a manner which at once best expresses the individuality of the author and the idea and intent in his mind. The best style, for any given purpose, is that which most nearly approximates a perfect adaptation of one's language to one's ideas. Style is a combination of two elements: the idea to be expressed, and the individuality of the author." (idem: 514). I would add that style is pretty much like one's DNA and/or fingerprint. Any writer writes the way (s)he does because (s)he is the person (s)he is.
Tone: it "designates the attitudes toward the subject and toward the audience implied in a literary work. In such a usage, a work may have a tone that is formal, informal, intimate, solemn, sombre, playful, serious, ironic, condescending, or any of many other possible attitudes" (idem: 529). In other words, tone is the emotion the writer wants to convey.

All three have to flow together. Introduction of the theme, the style in which you write the theme, then summery of the paper.
