No Cingular doesn't charge a thing to use it. I do it on Moto SLVR and it's not any different with a Samsung. Verizon on the other hand charges to send files with Bluetooth. I hate Verizon. I love Cingular.

No, that's one of the good things about bluetooth. You can swop pictures and photos with your family or friends.

no its free. only thing is you must be close +- 10 meters. some free advice dont leave your blue tooth on while in malls ect people play around!

yes it dose bcause i have one i did do it on my samsung d407 and my bill was sooooo hi bcause of it
