From another piercer its not the best ring to use as when i pierce a nose its done with a needle and if this jewellry is used then the hole itsself will shrink down to the size of the smallest part of the ring, this will mean that should you want to change the ring in the future for anything you will be restricted to finding something that small.... where as if you have the jewelly recommened to you by the piercist just while the nose is healing then you will be free to wear any jewellry you want to. but please remember to clean your new piercing well each day and take care when sleeping or washing. the nose is a very sensitive area and take care choose a piercist whom you trust but above all enjoy it!!!! in short yea you can but only after the wound has healed properly if taken out while healing then the nose will swell badly

You could, but I wouldn't, at least not for a nostril piercing. If you were using it for the center peircing, it'd work, but it'd hang out funny.

you can, but i wouldn't suggest doing it for at least 6 weeks after getting it pierced. the skin is tender and it hurts like hell. trust me, i learned the hard way. it's also akward to take in and out.

i'm sure you can.. but it might be more complicated to latch.. you'd probably be better off with a regular hoop nose ring
