I think that it's a really pretty name. She could be called Lily for short which is a really cute name.
So pretty and cute...a good combination. :)

I love the name lilianna ,but not sure grace remember when they are teenager they might be embarrass with the name grace. i just to have friend that her name was grace and when she turn 18 she went to court to change her name. well good luck
