Not officially, but there is Perverted Justice. In Illinois, people who are considered sexually dangerous by a state psychiatrist will be imprisoned until they're no longer considered dangerous.

Uh, not to pick nits... but...

Aren't we all "potential sexual predators"? I mean, if you know with a level of certainty who is going to be a sexual predator, would you mind sharing it w/ us?

Granted, there are some signs that it is likely to happen, but the vast majority of people who have the warning signs (ie, molested as a child, etc) never become sexual predators.
