I would highly recommend Stretch & Separate by Max Factor. It is a smudgeproof, hypoallergenic lengthening mascara. I had tried many, many different kinds of mascara over the course of the last 20 years, but I would say this is probably the best for the money. The first time I tried it, one of my friends accused me of wearing false eye lashes. I told her no, that it was my new mascara. She didn't believe me. I told her to try it. She did and she loves it too! Now, if you want to spend a little more money, I would say that Lancome is probably the best...but the Stretch & Separate is really close behind and much more affordable. Give it a shot, I don't think you'll be sorry. ; )

That is a very good question. What I'm going to suggest to you is fake lashes. They don't make your lashes look clumpy, and they are long. It's very easy to apply. First use a lash curler for your lashes, then use a black liner on the top lash, then apply the adhesive to the fake lash, and put it as close to your lash line for a real look. There are several fake lashes at the store, some where the lashes are thick together, for a more dramatic look, and even very thin for a subtle look. but if you don't like that, you can try the ones where it is sold piece by piece so you can add length to where you want to emphasize, whether it be just at your outer eyes, or sporadically.
If you don't like that idea still. I've tried a lot of mascara myself, never really found one that I like. The last one i tried, I forgot what brand it was, but it's the one that two applications. the first coat is white that you apply on, then on the opposite end, it has the black application. It doesn't make the lashes stick and clump, but it doesn't look as dark as i like. good luck

Try Philosophy's Big Gorgeous Eyes Mascara Its a mascara that coats your lash like a tube. You lashes look really thick, and it never flakes. You do have to use make-up remover to take it off. When you take it offi, it looks like little eyelashes coming off but its only the mascara

I've just recently tried Fresh Supernova and it's working SUPERBLY!! It also helps to keep your lashes curled a bit... mine are stubborn and straight like my hair! The product is a bit pricy compared to dept. store products but worth the dough. Oh, and if you purchase at sephora they have a fantastic return/exchange policy. :-) Good Luck With The Lashes

The double ended mascaras seem to work best I think, with the white end and the black end, as long as you get a decent brand
