Food processor. It takes a long time to set it up, pre-cut what's going in, use it, clean it, and put it away. It's much faster to have a good large knife and a cutting board -- faster to use and faster to clean.

Food processor I guess, I have a good knife. How in the world did anyone cook before electric kitchens?
I could live without the dishwasher too I guess. I wash the dishes by hand before putting them in the thing anyway.
