No. For a few reasons.

1) If one is a male and the other is a female they will mate. Are you prepared to deal with eggs?

2) A female of that size is much to small to be bred and it will most likely result in problems with the eggs and/or death of the female. Females are to be bred at around 1500grams. There is no way a 3 footer is 1500g. The last time I measured my girl she was at 34" and she only weighs 500g.

3) A male will continue to bred the female until he is removed from her and can quite literally die from exhaustion.

4) Ball pythons have been known to eat each other even ones that are the same size. So why take the chance of a much larger one eating the smaller one?

5) When one of them gets mites or a parasite or some other illness, can you afford twice the vet bill? Both snakes will become sick and you will have to take them both in to be treated.

Take a look at this site and tell me if you think it is worth the risk. If you look the one that was eaten was actually larger then the one that ate it.

If it is a matter of you don't have enough money to get another cage for them try changing over to tubs as they are much cheaper. If you can't afford that then you shouldn't have gotten the second snake.

It should be fine as long as you do not feed them together. Beware though, Ball pythons have a tendency of cannibalism if they are unhappy with their roommate. This will lead to the death of both snakes.

I've never had a problem housing ball pythons together. Just make sure they have room for privacy and feed them separately.

It should be fine. Make sure they have plenty of room to stretch, a hide box or two, and a large enough water dish for them to submerse themselves. Also don't feed them in the same container, take one out and feed it seperatly.
