for me, i like doing well in school, making a lot of money, having my hair done nicely, being slim, not worrying about anything, feeling a sense of purpose, having a man that i love in my life, and being around my family (well most of them), and listening to and making music, and having good, true friends that i can laugh and joke around with.

Except for the going to school, I would change it to doing well at my job, my life is EXACTLY like yours. I have a woman that I love, 30 years of marriage, and I love being around my extended family; my wife, our son, my wife's sister, her two kids. I listen to music all the time, and we have a few, but really good friends that we also spend time with; like movies and theme parks.
See, it can be done! WE DID IT!!

Unfortunately for us ,the ideal life above is not real. Life is full of ups and downs for us all even for the most healthy and wealthy. My way to happiness is to be able to deal with lifes ups and downs with a calm and balanced mind. That is the art of living. A real challenge.
