tracfone.com my sim card is locked. How do you get it unlocked?

my son went to settings on the trac-fone to put a code on it then he said ,the SIM card just locked up. "please help with this problem".

contact your service provider. your sim is locked because the wrong code was more than likely used three times. they should have your PUK...personal unloking key on file and will issue you with it
