When you have an infection, do you place your faith in naturalistic antibiotics based on the theory of evolution to kill naturalistic bacteria – or do you put your trust in a supernatural God and the biblical medical practices of 2000 years ago to heal you?

I did not make that a condition.
Creationists are the ones who eliminate that option.

The diseases were there --- but the CURE - was not.
The cure developed through the scientific evaluation of empirical physical evidence and based on teh theory of biological evolution

It matters because it makes you a hypocrite unless you also agree that God made us smart enough to figure out evolution. You do have to choose, … but only if you wish to be honest and retain any personal integrity.

Evolution is so big, powerful, and proven that is does require such a trivial substantiation as you suggest.
The fact remains that without the theory of evolution and without an epistemology that excludes the supernatural, there would be no medical science.
The fact also remains that any creationist who goes to a modern western doctor is a hypocrite.
Giving yourself a quasi-scientific name does mean you are scientifically literate.

I think there are more closet evolutionists than they like to admit.

If you believe in God, you automatically have to use old medical practices? I don't understand that. Having the intelligence to develop medicine, surgery, technology, and tools doesn't negate the existence of God. If you are arguing that evolution is responsible for the ability to develop the technology of medicine, then I ask you to please explain the presence of the same diseases as 5000 years ago, and the inability to eradicate disease entirely.

No, The Bible is not just 2000 years old book it has prophesy of our future and I have to say it has proven true to every last word.
that we can take courage that the rest of the Bible will adhere faithfully to the future as it unfolds.
The works of evolution only theorize about the past on best educated guesses but the Bible foretells what will happen without a doubt.

Interesting question, but you didn't consider that you can believe in both. I believe that evolution was created by God and everything, including our ability to be intelligent creatures, is a creation of God.
I depend on good old logic, given to me by God, that tells me to take meds when I need to. Even meds aren't a miracle and If it is my time to go, I can live with that.
Cheers

The creation, existance, and use of antibiotics neither proves nor disproves evolution.. I think what you were shooting for was the fact that bacteria mutations survive antibiotics, which doesn't prove evolution either.

yeah, when they get cut they pray for the pain to go away instead of going to the hospiital. If prayer works so good then why was it that Ted Haggard paid for gay sex and claims he isn't gay when he has a family and 5 or so kids ? Why is it that Christians are the biggest bigots and hipocrates

2nd: god made the worldand gave us smarts to descover his world and descover medicines to help our bodey so it shoulden;t matter
3rd:i think it's relly unfair to back us into a corner and decide between "our" medicine and "your" medicine
it dosen't matter so why ask?
