file a complaint with the state medical board/licensing. they are the only one who can do that. the AMA is like a industry organization you can belong to. they cannot do anything legally to stop a doctor from practicing medicine.

No, the only agency that can revoke a doctor's license is the heath authority or agency in the state that he practices.
