Firstly you need to know that problem skin, including blackheads has nothing at all to do with hygiene. The cleanest person in the world could have terrible acne.
Blackheads occur when the thin layer of oil on the surface of the skin fills pores, becomes exposed to the air and oxidizes. You need to start regular exfoliation to get try and avoid the pores getting clogged with oil in the first place. Try a gentle scrub and work in small circular motions. my black heads show up every morning. i know everybody says you have to use a special cream created for blackheads, but i use Neutrogena's Deep Clean Gentle Scrub every day. It really works!!

there is a little zit popper device thing that dermotologists use to get rid of acne on your face. it has two sides, one for whiteheads and one for blackheads. look for it in your local pharmacy , they usually carry them. it works very well.

take a bath and scrub your blackheads, then just squeeze them out, just like a pimple.

there is a product by neutrogena. Its a blackhead eliminator, it works well, its in a white bottle. usually costs about 2.99

Wash with soap and water. If your a teen, they happen, washing will reduce the risk and severity.
