Alright.

VALUES are principles we believe in which help us set and pursue our goals. VIRTUES are values we believe in which help us determine what is right and what is wrong.

So in other words, all virtues are values, but not all values are virtues. It's like that square-rectangle thing.

Believing that killing another person is amoral is an example of a virtue. Believing in not flying through an intersection even when there isn't a red light or stop sign to prevent hitting a pedestrian is a value which is also a virtue. Believing in leaving your home with enough time to drive without rushing to get to your destination on time is an example of a value that's NOT a virtue.
