Try using the bar version of Dial soap. It's an antibacterial soap, and helps kill the bacteria that live inthe acne. Wash several times a day, if it's possible, use warm water, but be careful not to "scrub" the skin, you don't want to break any blemishes open. The warmer cleansings help open pores which allow the soap to penetrate more deeply. I would stay away from products like Oxy10 or clearasil, the benzoil peroxide is too strong and will cause serious irritation for a vast area of acne. They're great for spot treatments, that's it, though. Astringents with salycilic acids are good, they also kill the bacteria that live in acne blemishes. Murad has an amazing product called "Clarifying Toner", and their Acne facial cleanser is phenominal. You can order it on line, or search for a salon nearby that sells Murad products. Acne is a difficult skin condition to control, and you want to avoid heavy duty med's such as accutane, because of the long-term side effects. Try the skin care products, see you find relief from those. Best of luck to you.

If there's nothing reflected in it, then it'd be pitch blackness (absolute absence of light) so theoretically that would be all that you could see. But then as there is no light you would not be able to see anything even if there was something to see. Or if as you worded it, you mean there is nothing in the mirror, then the mirror does not exist and cannot look like anything.

Accutane should have stopped it, that's odd. Try a scrubby face wash every night and a creme like RetinA. It also could be your diet or make-up. Greasy make-up can clog your pores, and (I don't really know if this is true) alot of fattening foods are said to cause worse acne.

I was on Proactiv before I tried Obagi which consisted cleansers, cream, lotion, etc. The first week I tried it got no better and now I'm letting time heal itself as well as not stressing myself out too much, getting plenty of sleep, drinking 8 oz of water a day, and eating more fruits and vegetables. I'm hoping it would naturally heal itself to its natural condition. Some stuff just doesn't really work, at least for me.

If you are on accutane, get off it and fast. My little brother was on accutane and he killed himself, because the drug gets into your mind and stuff like that. Proactive, I heard it works good on acne.
Hope you find something that works and definely not accutane.
Take care

Go to a dermatologist. I know it is embarrassing to seek help, but there are all sorts of things they can do to help. There are topical prescription products that work wonders. Also, they may give you an antibiotic to kill the bacteria that is causing your acne. I know it's hard, but seek help. Over the counter stuff just doesn't cut it. I know, I've been there!

one of the hard things about acne is that there's so many products to try. i've probably tried like 20 different products, until i settled on a product called beautiful skin. it's a whole regimen that, in my opinion, works better than proactiv.
