Gary: Dee....
(she turns........ slowly)
Dee: Why are you here?
Gary: Oh Dee.... I've made a huge mistake.
(She turns from him....... walks over to the window and stares out...... a tear sliding down her cheek)
Dee: It's too late..... we can't go back.
Gary: But you have to understand....... I had no choice!
(She turns...... a strength replacing the tear)

(Feeling penned into a corner, he lashes out in anger)
Gary: You have to face the truth! You have to........Dammit, Dee...... look at reality for what it is!!
(She turns away....... unable to face the truth....... or him)
Dee: How? I'm not strong enough..... I can't handle this anymore.
(He approaches her putting a soft hand on her shoulder. She turns and looks him in the eye. He holds onto both of her shoulders........ ready to tell her the truth)
Gary: I couldn't choose you for Best Answer. Your puns sucked.
