My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for almost a year. I'm just now starting to feel/think that I might be pregnant. I'm not sure, I haven't taken a test yet because I'm afraid it might be too soon, but I'm so excited if I am. ANyway, the reason why I THINK I might be is because, my boobs have been sore when I poke them not that I poke poke them a lot because it hurts... I got what I think might be "implantation bleeding" around 9 days after my husband and I did the deed, along with minor cramps, and I have been so mean latley. I have been laughing and then yelling and then crying and I feel like I cant control it! help! Whats going on? I am waiting until I miss my period to take a test. But does anybody know if this sounds like I might be pregnant? Any advice on what to do? Thank you

Sounds like maybe that guy that answered your question is the moody one! lol...
Not really sure what to tell you honey. If you have not even missed your period yet it is really premature to be handing out advice. You do seem to have some of the early symptoms. I think that the incidence of "implantation bleeding" has really been over-stated on here. I talk to a great number of newly pregnant women and it is almost never found. Personally, I had 4 pregnancies and never had it. Still, if you had some spotting that would be a good explanation.
The sore breast thing is most often noticed when you try to roll over onto your tummy in bed and it HURTS! Or your husband hugs you and that hurts...things like that. You will notice that your nipples are very sensitive also.
The biggest thing that I noticed, and the thing that would let me know I was pregnant even before I missed my period was that I had to get up at night to urinate. Normally I never do that. I also noticed it during the day but the night time thing was so out of the ordinary for me that I just knew what it meant.
I do suppose that being moody would be a symptom. Your hormones are sort of "all over the place". I can remember crying when I read mushy Hallmark cards...lol....and being very touchy about things.
Best advice I can give you though is to be patient and wait and see what happens. There is nothing worse than doing a test too soon and then dealing with the need to wait some more.
If you do buy a test try to find one of those kind that comes with two test units in it. That way if you jump the gun a bit and do it too soon you have another one there to try later.
OR, if you have a doctor that will cooperate you can get her to order a blood test and even very early it will be accurate. The problem with that is that most doctors like to wait until you are at least a week late rather than order tests too soon. As I said, IF you can find a doctor that will go along with it.
Time will tell dear and I surely hope that you get the answer that you want! I know how hard it is to wait! It drove me crazy everytime! All I can say is that it is well worth the wait!
Have fun trying and TRY to relax and just enjoy the whole ride. It is the most magical, wonderful time in your whole life!
The only thing better is when that precious little person actually arrives and is cuddled up in bed with you nursing...THAT is as good as it gets!
Blessings!

I hope you are. I'm sorry to say the only convincing sign is the sore breasts. I'm not sure about the "implantation bleeding" as I didn't have that. The other symptoms could very well be PMS, which seems to get worse with each passing year.
Try to keep busy, pray if you are so inclined and keep your spirits up. If it doesn't work this month, there is always next month. Have you been working with a doctor, or is it too soon? I know some doctors won't see you until 1 1/2 years of trying. How old are you?
Pregnancy tests work before you've missed your period sometimes, but the only result you can trust early is a positive. A negative can mean only that your body hasn't built up enough hormone yet. Good luck and God bless.

The best thing to do is have a blood test done because it's the most accurate test out so far. Maybe you are having these symptoms because you want to be pregnant so bad, It is all in your head. A lot of people go through the I think I'm pregnant because I missed my period and in the end they are not. But Good Luck and congrats to the results you want.

Being moody is typical of alot of things...PMS, Hormonal imbalance, an infection, not just pregnancy. The only way you will find out for sure will be to see a doctor.

It could be PMS too. Stress from trying to concieve could also play a role in your emotional state. But I wish you the best and hope things turn out ok for you!
