Totally false...I have bought several pairs and have had no issues. As with any shoes, depends on the manufacturer, style, etc. Try 'em before you buy 'em with some steps around the store to ensure proper fit and you should be okay!

I have a few pairs of shoes from Payless but no, they don't hurt.
They are cheap, so they don't last long but if you're looking for shoes for a special occasion or a pair to wear every once in a while, it's a pretty good deal. But I don't reccomend buying shoes you might wear often or everyday.

I have shoes from Payless that I love and don't hurt. I have very expensive shoes that kill my feet. Expensive does not always mean comfort.

Not for me. I had a pair of rebocks and they hurt my feet and caused me to have blisters, then I went and bought a pair of payless sneakers and had them for years and they were totally comfortable and I get my sneakers there all the time.

not necesarily i think payless shoes are fine but it depends on the type of shoe of course heels would hurt more than casual walking shoes but you HAVE TO TRY THEM ON!! and walk around the store in in them for at least fuve minute and see if your feet would like them :]

I guess it depends on what type of shoe you buy from there. Personally, I have never got a comfortable pair there, no.

No!
Sometimes they'll hurt a bit because they bend the sides in a little too far, but thats fixable.

THAT IS DEFINITELY A MYTH! Any shoes can hurt if they aren't your size and don't fit your feet correctly!
