"postscript..... Congress voted OVERWHELMINGLY to go into Iraq... even Sen. Clinton voted YES...... so blaming the Pres just doesn't work for me...... he wasn't alone in the decision. "

This was posted by another user and I am upset that people make such claims without any proof such as a link.

The evidence for war with Iraq was fabricated by the administration. It seems the adage, which so stumped Mr. Bush:
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
Is worth noting. Considering that the votes were based on falsified evidence, the President(s), and cohorts, are responsible for the crimes. When a prosecutor misleads a jury and a guilty verdict is wrongly returned, who has committed the crime? How many times must some people be sold a bill of goods, before they wise up, rise up and demand some accountability and answers?

Many others were in the same position. We simply believed the Bush would not lie to us on such an important matter. So initially we approved of the war. Now we know he lied to us. There were no WMD, 9/11 was primarily the act of Saudis. But Saudi Arabia is our oil buddy. Saddam was a very bad man, but there are other bad men in this world, N. Korea being a good example. Why not take them out, well it could be that they have no oil.

As a democrat the reason why I am upset is because Bush should have had this done a bit ago. He NOW decides to send back up? Why is that? Is it the threat of the democrats or something.

Now I have to put up with Democrats bit*ing and complaining. A lot of people will downgrade your statement here, but even Kerry voted an Iraqi invasion.

Well, I have said it before and I will say it again...almost all the politicians are on the same team, and the leaders of that team are the people behind the New World Order, The people who control almost all the money, The people who are really running things behind the scenes! And these people don't give a hoot about any of us! None of them do! And your president is one of them, too!!!!

It all goes back to who lied first and when did they lie.

Sure Congress voted you would have to with the same information. But now we know that someone in the CIA lied in the National Security Estimate. We know the NSA forwarded this lie to Bush and to Congress. And ultimately to the American people.

We can not un break the egg or unscramble the omelet.

Yes, it's true, and Hillary Clinton was as pro-war as Bush. Still is, too.
