My toothbrush (not that their would be anyone to impress with good hygeine since its a deserted island lol)
My Radio batteries in it woulden't last long but i could stilll listen while i catch some fish, and roast lizards for dinner.
And a box of matches for fire :)

I'd say my wife and 2 kids, but I wouldn't wish that upon them
If we're talking 3 simple items
a sharp Machete.
a very long, strong length of rope
and my guitar.
I figure everything else I could either make or wouldn't need.
if we're talking ANYTHING at all I'd say
a helicopter,
a GPS,
and a sandwich.
