trying anymore to persuade his wife.
Usually they talk 2 times a week bec of long distance (international). They havent talked in 5 weeks. For 2 weeks, he called (2 times in one week), but wife was so upset she didnot take or return calls. He knows she is upset but doesnot know the details.
Why is she upset: She had learnt that he is doing online chatting, webcam chatting with other local females so is furious.
He is not trying anymore to call or email to ask/makeup etc. He is probably thinking he tried but wife is not responding and calling back as requested so what can he do.
Question is :
Is the wife wrong being so upset that she doesnot take nor return calls.
Is it ok for husband to not do anything about further persuading wife?
Wife is thinking he has enough to keep him happy. He is probably very buzy with his local online chatting and webcam chatting that he probably has forgotten he has a wife.
What should the wife do/think about all this?

He has hurt her deeply,he has cheapened their marriage, he has betrayed her. She has every right to be upset with him.
It is hard enough having a relationship together, being away from one another is very difficult.
If he is straying and seeking out other women, then I believe she is better off without him.
He chose to do this, he chose to betray her and break her trust.
He does not deserve to have her in his life,
If I was her, I would file for divorce.
He has done the crime now he will pay for it.
I wouldn't waste my time either answering his calls or calling him. He doesn't deserve her love.
Why bother trying to persuade her, he is a louse, she already knows. You are looking for an okay , go ahead and do what he wants .. well buddy, go ahead, do it cause you already are and were looking for someone else anyway....
She doesn't care if you are happy, she doesn't want to waste her time any more. Can you blame her???????
She can do much better and I hope she does.

Okay she has EVERY right to be upset. If he was chatting with males and females maybe it wouldn't be so bad but just chatting with females sends the sign that he isn't happy with her and is trying to find someone else.
She shouldn't not return his phone calls but try and find out why he was doing this.
Maybe they should try webcamming with each other. That may help.
Talking every day, even if it's saying I love you helps a lot too. Long distance is definitely hard, i know, i'm in one. We webcam and talk every day.
He should keep trying to talk to her. If he really cared he wouldn't just give up. If he is giving up he's an asshole and they shouldn't be together anywayz.

I've been in two. One did not work, but I think it was less because of the distance and more because I was 18 and not feeling like being tied to one person. The other actually worked surprisingly well until after almost a year we finally lived in the same city, lol. Again, though, that one ended for reasons completely unrelated to the distance, because by the time it ended we were living less than two miles from one another. edit: lol @ Siar

Face reality. This is not a marriage. Get out!!! It shouldn't even be that hard because he's never around anyway. You deserve MUCH better. Everybody does. Find somebody who will treat you like a human being and respect your needs and wants (and somebody who wants to and will spend time with you) .

I think the wife have enough to do besides being child like and not tell the husband how she feels. How can you sit and wonder about what he feels and never ask him about what's going on.
