You need a marriage license, and a person to perform the ceremony, licensed by the state you live in. Also, you need two witnesses.

a man and a woman.. birth certificate and ID also SS card and then go to the court house and get the paper work.. find you a preacher or a just a judge while your in the court house.. it is easier to get married than it is to get divorced
