Yes its him the make-up and hair team simply slicked it back I sorta did this whip it around thing. They also did this to the rest of the guys because well take Gerard for example no one during the civil war times would have long black hair like that. (NOT THAT THERE IS ANYTHING WRONMG WITH IT!!)
