I like using a Q-tip dipped in gel or liquid eye makeup remover. Then I dab with a kleenex so nothing runs into the eyes. Takes it off like a breeze! The mascara can be done the same way. I hold the kleenex under the top lashes first, then use the dabbed Q-tip. Same for bottom lashes. The kleenex absorbs the excess mascara so it doesn't get all over your eyelids. Then I either wash off the rest of the face or use moist cleansing cloths to finish off. Works great!

The best way to remove eye make up is with an oil free eye make up remover to ensure you're getting all of the residue off.

Ponds Cold Cream. It takes anything off and doesn't irritate your eyes. I use the one with the blue lid, rather than the green lid. The one with the green lid is a little too oily for me. It runs around $4 - $5 at Wal-mart. I keep a jar in my shower and 1 with my makeup bag.

a good, non oily eye makeup remover! simple does a really good one! its really cheap too! niveas is really good and I'm even sure its won a beauty award in a magazine-lol! if you want something with a name-Dior does a great one! you ll get it off quick and easy if you place a damp cotton pad on your eye-leave for a few secs, the wipe outwards! if its still hard after that stretch your lid slightly and gently rub! also check that you don't put too much on, that its not waterproof and your not using a harsher product like brow liner on the eyes, people use them cause they think they have more coverage when they don't, their not suitable for the delicate eye area!

Don't use baby oil, due to its high oil content. It's too heavy for your eyelids, which has fewer pores. Try an eye makeup remover - different brands sell them, such as Rimmel, Ponds, Almay and Neutrogena. They sell them wherever those brands are sold (Walgreen's, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.). Good luck!
