I'm not much for recommending that anyone get involved in the relationships of another, so I'm not sure you should do *anything* for him.

If they are both of age and it is consensual and there is no attempt to procreate, it's just an issue of them playing in an area that much of society considers a taboo, and I'm not sure you should do anything.

If either is under the age of consent, I might ask if they'd thought through all the consequences of their actions. But once you make an observation or ask a question, you've done all you should.
