We watch movies on our XBox.

"Guy" may think it's "silly," but we still watch movies on our XBox when the other DVD player is being used. That's not to say it can't be used for other things; that's just what we do. Cheaper than buying another DVD player.

In fact, this is directly off of the XBox 360 site:

"Multimedia -
Xbox 360 is the perfect centerpiece for your hi-tech living room. Watch your DVD movies in glorious 480p from the get go. Use the wireless (or wired) Xbox 360 controller to navigate the onscreen menus, or use the Media Center Remote (sold separately) for point-and-click simplicity."

What more is there to say?

well ill ignore the people that are saying "to watch movies"

they are a bit silly

im sure you know that DVD-R/RW format is for writing on. and im sure you know that alot of people out there like to make home movies and put them on DVD. those people do like to watch their home movies. they can watch their home movies on their XBOX360 since it supports the format. make sense?

Go to the Microsoft web site, and you can download software for making your own games for the X Box.
So you make a game burn it to disc and try it, AWW it has bugs, wipe the disc, fix the bugs, and re burn it.
It saves on discs, and yes you can make back ups, and pirate copies...........lol

So you can fix your X-box machine to use illegal copied games! They don't care, as long as you use the X-box instead of PSP 3!
